Registration is easy. You can download the full 2011 MSO Registration Guide to get all the information you need about events, dates and locations. Or, you can download the registration forms for individual and team sports. We do not offer online registration.

To participate, you must be aged 50-and-above. Maryland is open to out-of-state athletes, too.

Registration deadline is 30 days prior to your event.
