Rosfeld, Habig Repeat in Lawn Bowling
Even with a thin field, this year's lawn bowling event produced just two repeat gold medalists—Roy Rosfeld of Silver Spring in men's 85 and Susan Habig of Laurel, who jumped to women's 65-69 and captured her fourth straight MSO singles title.

Nick Britti of Silver Spring moved up to men's 80-84 and took gold against Fred Olson, who has finished with silver two straight years.

We were missing some of our old friends and competitors this year. As result, the only doubles age group to have more than one team was in mixed 75-79, where Lois Brown and Ed Guillette teamed for gold against Patrica and Emory Patton.
